Introducing our Payroll and Finance Officer
How long have you worked in a Finance role and how many years of experience do you have?
From 2011 I worked with the finance department to generate audit reports and reconciliations. I worked in an accountancy office from November 2013.
What made you want a career in Finance?
Because I liked maths I attended accountancy school in Poland to further develop my knowledge and skills needed for a career in finance.
What do you think is the biggest challenge of working in the Finance role within the care sector?
Contacting clients about payments
What do you enjoy the most about your job as a Finance Officer?
Payroll tasks because there are a lot of changes and information that allow me to unlock new knowledge and skills. It is also a position that I can expand from in all sorts of ways.
What attracted you to work for Care is Central?
I can utilise my skills to organise the systems and work more effectively.
What are you looking forward to most in your role?
Expanding the payroll department and having an ambitious team where we can help each other.
