Quince Court offers independent living for the over 55s allowing older people to live happily, safely, and independently for as long as possible with our care support when needed and within fabulous facilities and a great community environment.

Based in the lovely village of Sandy, this scheme offer the best of both worlds – a wonderful home built with growing older in mind, without the hassle of maintenance.
This lovely scheme, owned by Grand Union Housing Group has 55 individual apartments, a large communal lounge, kitchen and laundry room, assisted bathroom and a guest room. There’s also a scooter store on site. Residents and their guests can enjoy relaxing in the sun lounge which is a bright, modern space with comfy seating, and there is a lovely, large garden with a pond.
Personal Care and Support
Our in-house care team of 10 carers are on site 24 hours a day and if needed can offer more intensive care support based on your individual needs through agreed care plans. Our care support workers are fully trained to help with numerous tasks from preparing meals and administrating medication to general housework or just popping in for a cup of tea and chat. Our office is based on site so we are always around to give a helping hand as and when is needed.

– Getting up and going to bed
– Personal care
– Preparing meals
– Giving medication
– Household tasks
– Taking clients out and about
– Giving companionship
From 15 minute check ups to hour visits as many times as needed, we are our here to support you to live as independently as possible.
