Meet Joshua, Board Member

A qualified lawyer and experienced executive, Joshua is Managing Director of a multi-site consumer business employing around 200 people across hospitality, manufacturing and e-commerce. He has led the organisation through significant transformation, balancing the dynamic of growth with the requirement for financial and operational stability.

Joshua works as a board advisor to several other businesses navigating periods of growth and change, bringing expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and organisational development. He has a particular focus on governance, commercial growth, and building high-performing teams.

As a Non-Executive Director, Joshua contributes legal and commercial insight, together with practical experience of leading complex organisations through transformation. He also brings experience in stakeholder engagement and building strong community and government relationships to support long-term success.
