Susan joined the Board of Care is Central in January 2023.
With 20 years as Chief HR Officer with two publicly listed companies ALS Limited and Worley Limited, Susan provided specialist advice in strategy and operational excellence in complex, technical, global environments.
Meet Susan, Board of Care
She has led more than 40 merger and acquisition transactions for the HR function as well as supporting organic growth and business transformation across 6 continents.
Susan is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Chair and Trustee and currently serves as Advisory Board Member/Management Consultant at Red Swan Partners.
She is also on the Boards of Leading Lives and Abbeyfields Deben Extra Care Society, both in the care sector. She also serves on a number of Independent local government panels, covering the areas of Professional Standards and Remuneration.
