What do you think is the biggest challenge of working in the Recruitment/administrator role within the care sector?
The biggest challenges could possibly be finding the right candidates to match the role. Asking open questions helps to find what it is the person wants from a role.
Recruitment and admin can be challenging as the workload grows, organisations and asking for help and support when require plays a vital role in managing.
What do you enjoy the most about your job as a Recruitment/administrator?
Recruitment allows me to meet new people as I am very much a people person. I am inquisitive so enjoy asking questions and learning about others and their backgrounds. I enjoy administration as I enjoy a fast paced and busy environment that also requires me to manage time and tasks.
What attracted you to work for Care is Central?
The ethos and growth plans attracted me to the role. Going into a role where there will be challenges and growth within the company is what I was looking for in my career.
What are you looking forward to most in your role?
I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know the team as well as the new challenges of the workload and learning new skills and developing myself within a great company.
