Meet Neil, General Manager for Marigold House
Neil started his career as a carer and has worked in the care industry for over 20 years now. He has 15 years of management experience, having also worked as an Area Manager, managing multiple assisted living sites. Neil is passionate about providing high-quality service and enjoys working with a team of like-minded individuals, dedicated to improving the lives of others. Find out more below.
I believe in providing high-quality care or ‘doing care differently’ which means providing excellent, person-centered healthcare that prioritizes individual needs, respects choices, and emphasises well-being. It can also involve innovative approaches to healthcare delivery, improving access, and reducing costs while maintaining or improving outcomes. Ultimately it is about treating everyone as an individual and helping them to have the best quality of life that they can.
I am really excited to be joining the team of exceptional managers at Care is Central and working with them to open their first care home. I believe that together we will be providing outstanding affordable care to people by utilising innovative technology and by sourcing and supporting a diverse and highly effective work force that are passionate about providing the best care possible.
