Meet Solomon, Human Resources Manager
How long have you worked in an HR role and how many years of experience do you have?
I have worked in HR for 4 years
What made you want a career in HR?
I enjoy helping people and seeing them reach their full potential. I like dealing with issues and resolving them in an effective way.
What do you think is the biggest challenge of working in the HR role within the care sector?
My challenges would range from supporting the mental health of employees, fighting the high cost of living, preventing quiet quitting and recruiting and retaining the right people for the role.
What do you enjoy the most about your job as an HR Manager?
Taking responsibility, the opportunity to build relationships with managers from all functions across the business, resolving complex employee relations issues, turning a negative perception into a positive one, training and developing staff, learning and development.
What attracted you to work for Care is Central?
