Pensions and Payroll Clinic

In response to some questions we have had over pay and pensions we are intending to run a Payroll and Pensions Clinic to answer any outstanding queries you may have.  This will take place on Wednesday 29th June at Lavender House and Geraint and Liam will be available from 9am-5 pm for you to pop in for a chat, have a phone call with or talk to over teams.

We are happy to answer any questions you have concerning current and historical pay and any queries you may have concerning your pension scheme and contribution. We hope by the end of your session you will have confidence in how you are paid and understand all elements on your payslip.

Please contact Vanessa Tate via her email address vanessa.tate@newvistahomes.org.uk. with a time that suits on the day and your preference of communications – we will be running 20 minute slots face-to-face, on the phone or through Teams as we want to make it as easy as possible for you to talk to us. Slots will be filled on a first come first served basis and Vanessa will be able to support you with availability.

So we are prepared as possible, please feel free to email any questions you may have to Vanessa and we will have the answers for you in time for your chat. This will also form part of an info sheet that we will then distribute to staff.  If you do not want to book a slot but still want a question answered please do email it to us.

If you are unable to make the 29^th because you are working all day or on annual leave or for any other reason, please let Vanessa know and we can try and arrange a separate slot for you outside of the 29^th.
