Care is Central Announces Client Survey Results
The results are in!
Our care team of over 70 carers provide care support and home care visits to clients living in five independent living schemes across Central Bedfordshire, with two more openings soon. Ensuring their safety, dignity and happiness is our number one priority and we work hard to ensure we receive regular feedback from clients and their families.
We are thrilled with our latest satisfaction survey results and thank our care teams for their continued hard work. We take all feedback very seriously and strive to learn from it and improve our services for our clients and their families, helping our residents to live independently at home while giving their families and loved ones peace of mind.
