New Team Leader at St George's
We’d like to congratulate Kat on her promotion to team leader at St George’s Court in Leighton Buzzard. Kat has worked in care since she left college in 2016 where she studied health and social care. She has been promoted due to her work ethic, commitment to getting things done and compassionate nature when dealing with residents.
Karen Wessels, Head of Care Services said;
“Kat is a wonderful addition to the team, she is proactive, caring and always sets the example. I am thrilled she is moving to this new position and look forward to seeing her continue to grow and succeed.”
Kat said of her promotion:
I am over the moon with my promotion and I am looking forward to taking on more responsibilities. Care does have its challenges but they all seem so minor when you get to see peoples’ happiness every day. As long as I can still make my residents laugh, smile and meet their needs, what else could I ask for?”
